Unsplit Gourmet Vanilla (Black Vanilla)

Our gourmet vanilla is popular from pastry chefs, chocolate makers, ice-cream makers, restaurateurs. The vanilla is flexible and easy to work with.

Also called brown vanilla for its color, the humidity level is slightly lower than the black vanilla.

European red vanilla is in demand by European manufacturers. The red vanilla is differentiated by its reddish color and average quality.
